DISPUTE RESOLUTION
The European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) Platform enables both consumers and traders to resolve disputes online, whether they arise from domestic or cross-border transactions.
The ODR platform is directly connected to the competent Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) bodies in each country, which are responsible for handling complaints. Each dispute resolution body applies its own rules and procedures, which are generally simpler, faster, and less costly than court proceedings. However, the selection of the dispute resolution body must be agreed upon by both parties.
The ODR framework is based on Directive 2013/11/EU, which has been incorporated into Greek legislation through Ministerial Decision 70330/2015, providing for the online resolution of consumer disputes through Alternative Dispute Resolution procedures throughout the European Union.
GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These General Terms and Conditions are governed by Greek law.
Any dispute arising from the contractual relationship between the Store and the Customer shall fall under the jurisdiction of the competent civil courts of Thessaloniki, Greece.
The protection provided by the legislation governing distance contracts, as well as by these Terms and Conditions, applies only to transactions with natural persons (consumers) who act for purposes outside their commercial, industrial, business, or professional activities.
Should any provision of this agreement be deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
